Ford, Mazda and Chinese automaker Changan will jointly set up an auto plant in China.
A CBS report quoted Mazda as saying that the 190,000 square-meter auto plant will be built near Nanjing in east China's Jiangsu Province.

This is the first joint auto plant for the three companies.

Mazda predicts that the new facility will have an initial annual production capacity of 160,000 vehicles, but the capacity will increase to about 200,000 vehicles a year.
