Asia's Largest Bus Station to Debut in Shanghai

Asia's largest long-distance bus station will open in Shanghai on January 25.

The general manager of Shanghai Zhixin Transport Company or the station's operator Guo Wei, said the long-distance bus station will be a landmark building in the city thanks to its unique design.

Guo said the new bus station will have the capacity to transport 20,000 passengers with 600 to 1,200 daily coaches arrivals and departures every day.

The total investment in the station is 750 million yuan or more than 90 million US dollars.
