Llight passenger bus project of Benz in Fujian have already got an official replay through National Development and Reform Department on 27, October.
Fujian Benz project will start building construction in December , one year later in December, 2005 can produce product, estimate to introduce the light bus to the market in 2006.

This project introduces Daimler- Chrysler's automobile manufacturing technology, builds the production line of welding, paining and assembling. The company plans to produce 40,000 light commercial bus per year in initial stage , the annual capacity will reach 60,000 sets on the second stage.

The main product is Mercedes- Benz, the seating capacity under 20. The company will introduce NCV2 and Sprinter series in advance stage, the NCV3 style will be introduced later. And NCV2 is the series of new product Viano and Vito which Benz Co. putted on Europen market in 2004.
