岗位概述:
   
该岗位直接向市场销售部部长汇报,负责营销和销售公司生产的沃尔沃豪华大客车的工作,其主要职责是,领导东部区域销售团队完成公司制定的销售目标、负责东部区域的市场开发工作,并与公司相关部门协调确保完成销售目标。

 

岗位职责:

根据公司的销售政策,组织制定和实施本区域的营销方案,进行商务谈判,签订商务合同;

进行对外沟通,协调区域的销售活动并分析存在的问题,提出改进方案,保证与关键客户的持续交流;

保证与市场营销部各机构的持续交流,将涉及市场和销售的所有信息及时向市场销售部各机构反馈,并将客户对产品的改进意见反馈给公司相关部门;

协调所负责区域内的售后技术支持服务;

与财务部合作,帮助客户进行融资及应收账款的控制;

管理销售区域办公室,包括对下属的考核、培训计划和员工发展计划的制定;

负责区域相关费用的预算和监控使用。

 

岗位要求:

有较好的英语口语和文字表达能力,有较强的计算机运用技能;

大专或以上学历;

具有5年以上汽车市场销售经历,熟悉销售技巧、能较好地应用市场营销策略,并了解行业政策法规、产品技术法规和合同法规;

具备良好的人际关系发展能力和沟通能力、能够与不同的性格相处、良好的团队精神。

 

Position:Area Sales Manager

Job summary :
   
The area manager directly reports to the Sales and Marketing Director and is responsible for the activities in selling and marketing of Volvo luxury coaches manufactured by the company .The incumbent has the primary responsibility for leading and directing the east regional sales team to fulfill the sales target set by the company ,exploring marketing development in the area,and coordinating with the different departments of the company for the realization of the sales targets.

 

Primary duties and responsibilities:

Establishes and implements the regional marketing and sales programs,conducts commercial discussions and negotiations and signs sales contracts in accordance with the sales policies of the company.

Coordinates the regional sales activities and analyzes the existing problems to find improvement,maintains continuous external communication with key customers;

Keeps communication with internal business units of Sales and Marketing Department and timely feeds back sales and market information to the internal business units of the department;

Coordinates with after-market technical support and services for the regional customers;

Cooperates with Finance Department to assist the customer with financing and accounts receivable conrol;

Manages the area sales office,including the performance appraisal of the regional salesmen,and estab lishing the training and employee development programs;

Prepares regional sales expenses budgets and controls the expenses.

 

Qualifications:

Speaks and writes fairly good English,with quite good computer skills.

Three-year college graduate or above.

A minimum of five-year experience in sales and marketing of vehicles familiar with sales and marketing know-how has a good knowledge of the Chinese automobile policies and regulations as well the regulations and standards for vehicle specifications and contract laws.

Superior interpersonal and communication abilities,Ability to get along with diverse personalities,strong team spirit.
