January 15, Zonda Group grandly held the signing ceremony with U.S. CD3I Company
in Yancheng, China's Jiangsu province. Both the two parties have reached a consensus
on mass exportation of large and medium bus, school bus production as well as
new energy development. Zonda Group representatives board chairman Xu lianguo
and Group president Xu liankuan signed a project cooperation agreement with CD3I
Company president Joseph Parker. Leaders such as Yancheng vice mayor Zhu Chuangeng,
Yancheng Automobile Office executive deputy director Gu Yuhua, and governor of
Agricultural Bank of China Yancheng branch Wang Ruihua had attended the signing
ceremony. Guests who participated in the ceremony also include Zonda Group vice
board chairman Zhang Yuqing, general counsel Li Taohong, Zonda group vice president
Ma Xiang, Zonda International executive director Guo Minghui and Financial Controller
Fu Enming.

On
the signing ceremony, Yancheng vice mayor Zhu Chuangeng representing Yancheng
Municipal Government expressed congratulations to the cooperation between Zonda
Group and U.S. CD3I Company. "Automotive Industry is one of three major industries
in Yancheng." Zhu said, "Zonda has been an important achievement under
this Automotive Industry strategy." Zhu also hoped Zonda can seize this opportunity
to accelerate its international development while making contributions to Yancheng's
economic development. Vice mayor Zhu Chuangeng indicated that Yancheng Municipal
Government will continue to support Zonda's development.
